Be You: The performers use street dance, rhythm and poetry, and drama to teach the positive aspects and history of the hip hop culture. These inspirational young men, formerly considered at risk also, found focus through their talents and are now working as professional artists. This show takes students on an exciting journey that encourages individuality, self-confidence, and building self-esteem.
The Mathematics of Hip Hop: This show explores the role that math and numbers play in the four major elements of the hip hop culture. T.A.K.S. objectives are implemented into the speeches and skits reinforcing everyday mathematical concepts.
